IJEN BLUEFIRE OVERNIGHT FROM BALI

Witnessing the rarest phenomenon of blue fire in Ijen Crater on an overnight trip from Bali. Hike through the rainforest of East Java and get the chance to peer into the volcanic crater at night. Later on, walk up to the sunrise point and you will get the beautiful scenery of mountains combined with a beautiful greenish lake.

ITINERARY

We will  pick you up from your hotel in places such as Kuta, Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak and Sanur. Then travel to the Gilimanuk port to catch the ferry to Java from Gilimanuk. Upon arrival at Ketapang port in Banyuwangi and continue driving to the village of Licin and drive through a rainforest of giant ferns and trees on the slopes of Mount Ijen. 

Hiking starts at 02.00 AM. Hike up for 1.5 hours under the starry night. You will witnessing the rarest phenomenon of blue fire in Ijen Crater. Get a panoramic view of the sulfur lake and surrounding landscape in the first light of day. Then, return to the base of the mountain to enjoy coffee morning break at a local Cafe before the drive back to the Bali.
